B & L (Shanghai) Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd. is a private American owned international project management and consulting company with extensive experience in the areas of project and construction management.
Mr. Branham has 50 years of national and international experience in management, engineering and construction. He has lived and worked in various areas of China since 1997. His business and civic activities include serving as Chairman of the 2004 American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Past President of the American Society of Plant Engineers in Tucson AZ and serving on the International Advisory Board for Xuhui and Luwan District in Shanghai.
His international business expertise is enriched by working with clients from the United States, China, Central Asia and the Middle East in seven countries including Kazakhstan, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait.
Mr. Branham enjoys public speaking and working with universities, his international speaking engagements include universities and students from over 16 countries including the U.S. Defense College of the United States, U.S. War College, U.S. Air War College, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and other companies and organizations. He serves on the McKinsey & Company China Advisory Board and is an invited speaker for Keynote speeches at manufacturing industry events and major American corporations.
