Ting is a bilingual attorney with 10+ years’ experience across law firms, corporate legal counsel roles, and operations leadership. Before Wilton Partners, Ting served as Chief Operating Officer and In-House Legal Counsel at Collective Responsibility LLC, a boutique Shanghai-based strategic advisory firm. In this dual role, she was a key driver of the firm’s growth, overseeing daily operations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing all China-based legal, regulatory, and industry research for client projects. Her portfolio included multinational clients such as Target, Bayer China, and ExxonMobil. Prior to this phase, Ting worked closely with a foreign partner at leading Chinese law firms, including Boss & Young Attorneys-At-Law and Grandway Law Offices. Her responsibilities spanned legal practice and business development, and acting as a cultural liaison between Chinese and international teams.

Ting earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai University and holds a PRC Lawyer license. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at Northwestern California University School of Law, working toward a second legal qualification in the State of California.
